Business Outlook
Pros
It is a clean environment with minimal health and safety issues, there are good managers, supervisors and employees. Another positive is that the pay isn't too bad considering, however for the work that's done and the items sold maybe there is a larger range than needed
Cons
Sometimes it takes a few minutes for spillages to be cleared. On some occasions managers are unintentionally condescending however not often. We don't receive a discount which most other competitors offer and as Primark is becoming more expensive I feel this would be a good inscentive
