      Pros

      They give you extra hours when needed the managers are very nice and understanding there is pto you just have to let them know a couple days in advance about it the managers will also switch your shift if needed

      Cons

      The workers at Pnc say they all about being understanding but they can be rude sometimes. Sometimes you just stay in the same spot the whole day which can be annoying sometimes and you can not carry your phone on you at all which sucks because what if there is an emergency with the family.

      Pros

      if you like to keep yourself on your toes, you will be busy all the time. 1.There will always be things to do. 2.some of the managers are cool and helpful( useful) to their staffs. 3.some cool team members that you can chill with and have an laugh and work very well together. 4.Decent money when you do many overtime 5.pay your sick pay and holidays. 6. most of the time customers already know what they want. 7. you can become a team leader or supervisor quickly with very hard work.

      Cons

      1.be prepared to deal with very rude customers and moody staffs members . *Managers will always be on the customers side*. 2.low salary especially when you didn't do overtime or they don`t have enough overtime to provide to staffs. 4.no staffs discounts! 5. too many managers doing nothing 6. I only received one training in a year and half. (for me personally was lack of motivations at work, It got too boring.)

      Cons

      Management is so bad. They don't care about their employees at all. They treat them bad and have those promoted, getting paid doing nothing, no experience, badmouth customer, gossip about employees and too much favoritism.
