Management was wonderful, and fellow employees were also lovely. The discount was also a nice perk.

Cons

Around the holidays, there was a high risk of customers coming in and shoplifting--I believe hiring security around that time of year, every year, would be appropriate, so that sales associates on the floor don't also have to be hyper-vigilant when trying to make sales.

You meet amazing people and you get a strong back bone

Cons

but the manager are horrible they blame everyone but themselves always trying to cover up issues and blame it on sales associate or stock. If you want to work for this company only go for sales any other positions is horrible I can barely feed my family with my hourly pay. I’m check to check it’s horrible working here
