Cons

High stress, long hours and long time to grow up... Low-level management who thinks only solve the problem of the moment without doing the necessary planning

Solid company, in which a woldwide perspective is merged with an attention to local cultures and tastes. Nice and cooperative environment.

Cons

There are very few opportunities for advancement unless you are a friend of a senior manager. Little comunication across different functions.
