      Poor management, disorganised company. Most people are gossiping behind your back. Very superficial environment. Most employees don’t trust HR and there is a reason for that...

      The pay is good, the health insurance is great and it looks good on your resume that is it.

      Cons

      I was not properly trained on how to do anything. Prada uses the absolute most complicated system which looks like they Google translated from Italian to English and they expect you to know it right away without any help. I have been treated poorly here since the day I started and worked with some of the worst... Laziest employees I have ever seen in my life.
