There is a clear reason if the same “ cons” have been reiterated over and over here on Glassdoor : because they are all true.
From the moment you start working at Prada you will only be seen as a number by Senior Management.
They will never support you, however they have been put in place only because they know by hearth the obsolete strict rules dictated by the Italian HQ which, most of the times, do no make sense or could have if we were still in 1995.
HR team has not clue that their job should be to actually support their Human Resources , instead they showcase no empathy , complete lack of judgement and absolutely no work ethic, I have honestly never encountered people with so little values and professionalism.
Advice to people out there considering a job here : AVOID at all cost!!! You will not learn anything and your voice will not be heard ( in fact you will regress by being forced to adopt and follow antiquate rules )
