      Pros

      Gaining lot of experience in sales, organisation, trends, day-to-day company running details etc

      Cons

      Long hours, big pressure to achieve unreasonable figures, no support and bad work culture, no care for employees, no care for health and safety of the employees, management very rigid and not creative nor innovative.

      Pros

      Good money and sometimes open for you to implement your own ideas and use your own creativity. You get discount but this has reduced over the last few years.

      Cons

      Expect too much from their staff for not enough money. Unless you're Italian don't expect a promotion. Very bias company and not open minded to progress current employees' careers.
