      Awesome company but tough to work for.

      Pros

      Make your money and leave. Decent money.

      Cons

      Management cares only about numbers. Fail to make numbers and you are fired. Promotions aren't normal from within unless within management. Sales to management promotions don't really exist. Cashiers to sales associates have happened.

      Pros

      You will learn enormously in term of processes and retail selling techniques. Good for going professionals. Good prospects in term of career.

      Cons

      Salary not competitive enough. Difficulties to be creative in term of visual merchandising. Lack of decision making from management in term of product rotation leads sometimes to difficult days in term of sales figures.
