Despite being in the luxury fashion industry, majority of the people working there are nice and some what friendly unlike what other people think it should be.

Cons

Not a common process for internal transfer and is not good at retaining employees both in the office and the store sales staffs.

Good salary, not the best in the Luxury Goods market, but ok.

Cons

Bad management in Brazil, even worse in Rio de Janeiro; Though very disorganized in Brazil, the high management didn't seem to care; Employees treated with no respect in Rio de Janeiro; Bad environment to work in, worse than the average Luxury goods Retailer; Promise career opportunities but at best, it's possible to move to another city, not another role, in 3 years minimum.
