Positive and healthy working environment. Beautiful products with great emphasis on art and brand awareness. Supportive management team. Helpful and very nice coworkers. Hard workings are always recognized and encouraged. Benefits are pretty good too.

Cons

Work-life balance is not consistent at times. Shipments of merchandises are not always on time. Discount for employees could be better too!:)
