      Pros

      Dynamic work environment, interesting product and amazing collections. The product and the clients made retail working with Prada very worthwhile.

      Cons

      Working in a satellite operation away from head-office, opportunities were limited and exposure to different parts of the business were few and far in between. Being such a large organization operating across so many countries, getting anything done with regards to decision-ing and approvals takes way too much time for the organisation to operate efficiently.

      Pros

      Decent commission during holiday, medical benefits are the only thing that is good in this company, looks good on ur resume if your wanting to work in luxury retail and THATS IT!

      Cons

      Micro managing, no growth opportunities, hostile work environment, bad uniforms, terrible employee discount (30%) don't waste ur time working for a company who doesn't value there employees!
