      Pros

      There is great pride and appreciation in the product and the care of the employees. The organization and the support aren’t matched by any other company. I’m thankful every day that I work for this iconic brand.

      Cons

      There aren’t any that I can think of off the top of my head.

      Pros

      Great Travel to Milan/Paris for shows, Staff Discounts, Very stable global PR team that get on well and help one an other - which is rare when compared to other brands. Have direct contact with directors in Milan. You also see how influential Miuccia Prada's ideas are with a real pervasiveness in the industry.

      Cons

      Being family owned can have it's challenges but it seems to work with Prada. The vision of the family is clear and it's not just always out profit.
