      1) PRADAN is an organisation where one get the oppertunity of immense growth personally as well as professionally. 2) Working in PRADAN is a life changing experience for me. Here work experience with the tribal community and the team will provide stand alone perspective around gender, livelihood, INRM and other aspects of life. 3) Technical as well as non Technical imparted for the growth of professionals as well as community is commendable and thought provoking. 4) Reflection and humbleness will definitely become part of your life while working in PRADAN. 5) Perks and Salary given to the employees are decent but if you are expecting regular raise in Salary then it might not be the right choice.

      Cons

      1) Location is one of the challenge. As PRADAN Works in mostly tribal areas of the country which lies in the interior with the limitation of good Medical facilities, etc. 2) There is a blurry space between personal amd professional life. Majorly team become family and friend as in remote location you have few options to go out in the place and build connections with the locals. 2) If you are suffering from any health issue then it would be difficult to work here because the job need intensive field work. 3) Work life balance is missing. Though office time is bounded but as you work with the people , for justifying the need of the job you need to extend yourself.
