Looks amazing on resume given Prada's rigorous expectations and training for associates. Outlet starts at 50% off and you get 50% off as an employee. Once in a bluemoon. they offer 70% off friends and family on selected item. 18 days of PTO for all full times compare to the industry standard of 10 PTO. Offer corporate training and product knowledges.

Terrible Management. Some people do not deserve the position they are in yet it is hard to get rid of them regardless of endless complain. Upper management and corporate do not care.
