Pros

None. The product quality is slipping, losing it's way and generally much poorer than competitors, desperate to sell to anyone.

Cons

Where do I start? The company is toxic from the top down. It's run with an idea of military precision that is so outdated with very questionable intentions. If you have a brain, you won't like it here. As an adult you will be chastised like a toddler for stepping out of 'Prada Standard' even for a second. If you are a robot that likes to be treated like a moron, then it's for you! There is no positive culture at Prada, everyone is terrified of a 'visit from Italy' and the threat is always in the air. The senior management in London are so incredibly useless it's unfathomable how they actually got the position in the first place, most likely a case of 'who you know.' Every part of the job is demoralising and breaks your spirit, you are asked to clock in and out 4 times a day and will lose 1 minute of your pay if held up, meanwhile all overtime is unpaid, note you will be working upwards of 25 hours extra a month on the clock that gets ignored and that's a very conservative estimate. Let's not even mention illegally working on furlough. The HR department are too terrified to stand up to senior management that they sit back and watch employment law being broken again and again. It's encouraged to 'get rid of people' they don't like and don't fit the image anymore. Hiring people of colour... well, just take a look at their management, there aren't any. Ever wonder why there are always jobs going at Prada, then really look at the figures, 9 store directors out of 13 left in less than a year, Department managers, supervisors, sales assistants, it's like a revolving door. Countless other positions leaving, some with nothing to go on to, even the prospect of unemployment is better than another day at Prada. I have never worked with such unhappy people before, no one has anything positive to say about the company and have less than zero respect for the way it is run in London. It's a sinking ship, run by delusional wannabes. It is truly a disgusting company and If you have any other option, please don't consider working here.

Awful structure

Pros

Good compensation , decent quality , paid time off paid sick time , provided uniform one hour lunch . Company provided holiday party. If your manager doesn't spend the holiday budget.

Cons

Terrible structure , worst manager I have ever worked for in 9+ plus years of retail experience and never had such a short sighted, ignorant, micro managing boss. Was completely shocked that someone with such a lacking skill set in sales and a feel for sales would be given a general manager position in a store
