      - Very stable job almost impossible to be fired - Big numbers in everything ... huge number of colleagues... big budget to invest....

      Cons

      - in the hand of politics..... - impossible to make career only need sponsorship (again by politics) - the Greatest worldwide example of nepotism and bureaucracy!

      Poor middle management with no accountability nor leadership Labour unions (sindacati) badly influence strategy, decisions, career growth Bureaucratic place with a lot of constraint. Forget career growth or meritocratic policies
