      A Fair Company with little Management capabilities

      Pros

      Salary is fair, considering the area. Vacation and benefits package are fairly decent.

      Cons

      While some managers have "management" training, some others can't supervise or lead a blind man throuogh a dark room

      Pros

      Good products - different sales forces for different products, so lots of opportunity for sales people. Products have a good reputation. Market leader or near-leader in many categories.

      Cons

      Not a customer or market focused company. Need more sales support staff. Sales people are asked to do a lot of tasks that pull them out of the field. It's easily a 60+ hour a week place to work if you are in sales.

      Great work atmosphere, not great pay or benefits

      Pros

      The atmosphere is a nice place to work. Nice employees, nice building. No paid time off, never hired on full time.

      Cons

      The work is very redundant, you make a lot of telephone calls. Not much support from upper level management, they will keep you as a temp forever.
