      It was an exciting time, full of education but let down by poor management.

      Pros

      Support for self development. Freedom to share knowledge and learn from others. Multinational company allowing full work and relationships across markets, nationalities and time zones. matrix organisation allowing development of interests.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and personalities. Issue with minorities in senior roles. lack of work/life balance leading to a very stressful working environment (in a two year period, three people went on long terms sickness with stress). High staff turnover.

      Pros

      The Work/Life Balance and respect for the employees personal needs. Several perks such as employee sales. Especially from the Consumer division. If you are a non-performer, the likelihood of getting fired is low.

      Cons

      Poor leadership at most levels of the organization. Lack of action on employee grievances on Employee Engagement Survey. IT & HR are not viewed as a critical part of the business which is evident in both people and systems within the company. Management rarely takes action against non-performers. "If you ain't Dutch, you ain't much!"
