Pros
-flexible work / home environment -good pay -good health insurance -Hardworking people -not a bad location to work -very nice office space
Cons
-being in a healthcare FDA environment Quality should be focus this is not always true -Knowledge of leads of the Process is not always strong -some management is wishy washy on communication -Getting you PC or Hardware feels like a chore and then you sometimes cannot do your job without getting custom configuration done to your computer.
