      Great company to start. Make sure you work in Healthcare, the company’s focus.

      Pros

      Easy work-life balance, well regarded. Pretty easy internal mobility, pretty open society, in terms of non-hierarchy. It’s huge, so you can find your space

      Cons

      Lighting is too much of an engineering company, not many decisions are taken out of marketing. Declining brand in lighting, a sector becoming commotized. Careers are not fast. Salary is good in HQ, nothing special in countries. HQ is dominated by Dutch. Life in the countries could be miserable due to not much budget from HQ
