Pros

Full training provided before you start with sales Product Knowledge is tested time to time by Store Manager Opportunity to network and know many Peers in the company and competitors as well

Cons

Not an actual con, but Weekends are the busiest times so, forget week offs during weekends Need to be highly motivated, as some days you sell very well and some days you don't at all. Efforts matter more
