Pros

Very easy to sell. Products are known from all corners of the world. Product practically sell themselves. This was definitely a great experience.

Cons

Everything is very number oriented. For those who are not you will learn fast due to hours at work and rights given.

Pros

The best part of Puma is you get chance to get promotion internally. There is lot of clarity in a way each department work and you can be in a limelight if performing well.

Cons

Sometimes work load is too much because of less manpower than required.

free merchandise. every 3 months you get an allotment. 5 tops and 1 pair of shoes. From the 5 tops 3 can be jackets. There's no price limit.

Cons

As a sales associates schedule is very flexible. Pay is very low.
