      Pros

      Great Brand and a lot of good people. Descent pay. Brand has a ton of potential if marketing and sales can get on the same page.

      Cons

      Upper Management from very top to Sr level need to change for the brand to be successful. Marketing and Brand strategy is top level only.

      Pros

      Great culture, working conditions, benefits, sports program, commuting allowance (free public transportation), talented people wherever you go. fab team spirit.....

      Cons

      pay could be a bit better, you need a car or time to get there. Good location, but if you are used to live in bigger cities it certainly will be a change for you.
