Toxic work environment

Pros

Occasionally you get to meet famous brand ambassadors or get perks for attending certain events.

Cons

Major differences in the work environment between the Westford and Boston offices. Westford was completely stifled and unpleasant to be at. The HR group was not trust worthy or professional in many circumstances. Undertones of bullying and control ran throughout all different departments.
