      Pros

      - good CEO - company events - entrepreneurial side: you get to influence things quite a lot although not at very senior position

      Cons

      - salary is not competitive and there’s not much flexibility when it comes to raises, very easy to switch to competitors for this reason - location: Herzo is in the middle of nowhere and if you don’t have a car it is quite a pain getting there daily - job swaps with different locations are not very encouraged nor supported from all sides (HR, managers)

      Great Company to grow

      Pros

      "Family" ethic. Good emphasis on teamwork. Opportunities for mentorship. Friendly staff around the HQ. Many sports clubs and activities to get involved in. Product discounts and many other benefits.

      Cons

      Location of HQ could do with improved transport routes. A direct train would be ideal.
