      Pros

      Community Family Energetic Amazing Future That is how I see PUMA, I love it because those 5 words is what it first come to the head.

      Cons

      Some individuals seem to disregard boundaries, persistently pushing despite being told no. They intentionally overwhelm others and then criticize them for not delegating tasks, unfairly framing it as a refusal to collaborate. This behavior can create a challenging and counterproductive environment.
