Pros

I truly enjoy the work culture here. The environment is supportive and collaborative, making it a pleasure to come to work every day. My teammates are fantastic, always ready to help and share their knowledge. It’s a great place to grow both professionally and personally.

Cons

There aren’t many cons I can think of, as the work-life balance and compensation are very good. However, better compensation and improved packages are always welcome.
