Pros

Nothing-if you are joining the India team

Cons

Unplanned and reactive hiring — roles are created or filled without strategy or long-term clarity. No pay parity — people doing similar work are compensated very differently, which creates resentment. Lack of clarity — there’s no clear understanding of what the management actually wants or what the long-term goals are. Political decision-making — most decisions are taken in a biased, unclear, and non-transparent way instead of a thoughtful or structured approach. No empathy — the human side is completely missing, whether it’s communication, feedback, or handling people situations.

Pros

- The company offers bonuses, such as holiday or year-end financial incentives. - Flexible working hours (flextime) are provided to support work–life balance. - Upskilling is possible and an employee can get signed to many courses - In general, a good place to start your work life - learn many skills and excel in your career

Cons

HR processes may offer limited flexibility, with minimal opportunity for negotiation beyond the initial discussion. Promotion/growth opportunities are currently very limited for existing employees. The leading team has historically received limited motivation and support, despite its critical role as a primary growth driver for the company—partly due to the lack of visibility in processes (KPIs). Employees might face long working hours because several processes remain highly manual.
