Pros

Great brand history. Great product. Many young, hard working and talented people. Decent benefits. Good discounts. CEO seems to have some great ideas and is steering the brand in the right direction Globally. Tons of potential.

Cons

Senior Management changes needed for the brand to succeed, especially Sales. Poor morale, high turnover rate across all departments and in many ways operationally inefficient. Many young and talented people seem to be overlooked due to personalities and politics. The current strategy and target market goes against brand DNA in sports. It will be difficult to compete with larger competitors in the long run.

Great company, bad POS

Pros

Advancement, positive environment, pay, benefits, supportive district.

Cons

The POS is so complicated and constantly glitching. Every day you spend time trying to fix SOMETHING. Time card system takes too long, scheduling takes too long, payroll takes too long. Shipment is chaotic and disordered.

Pros

Location, People, Culture, Product, Fun - They do try hard to make things fun, with outings, celebrating wins, and for the most part no micro managing, but that also depends on your manager and department. There is no clock watching really, as long as your work is done and in on time your hours are almost your own. In general it's a nice place to work

Cons

No Org Chart, Sr mgmt, lack of stability, Uncertainty. Unfortunately there has been a lot of turn-over top to bottom in the last few years.
