      Pros

      Have great work environment as the company helps the employees in their career. They treat everyone equally and assist everyone in achieving the required results.

      Cons

      I couldn't find any cons in the organisation as everyone is busy doing their own stuff. Although their could be a facility to help the employees get in touch with the senior manager directly to get themselves assisted.

      Pros

      Today is my last day before moving the South Carolina. IL Masonic has been hands down the best experience in my Nursing Career. The skill sets that I have acquired have prepared me for a solid foundation for my next working environment in S.C.
