-Great training -Most people are easy to work with -Paid hourly so work-life balance is pretty good. Either you are working a standard week or getting paid to work more.

-Constant unexpected re-organizations and Layoffs, which for the most part you have no control over

salary was decent and you don’t need to have technical skills at all for this role.

Cons

The Leadership was awful, the sales process was awful, honestly the entire thing was awful. The constant layoffs are awful I can go on and on.
