Opportunities for self-starters with good resources available for self development. People are generally happy to help and friendly and curious about what you do, even if they are in a completly different department. Benefits good.

Cons

Negotiate initial salary well, as there does not seem to be a culture of salary increase aligned with performance, and you will fall behind if you are there a long-time.
