Pros

nothing unless you are working in their core products developed in house

Cons

if working in acquired products, here you will have no career path as the strategy for acquisition is business penetration and market share.

Pros

Great work life balance. Depends on the team. You have extra time to inovate, learn, go out, or wake up late. People is relaxed, empathic and nice. It depends on the team, but in mine im free to choose tools and languages for new products.

Cons

Resources are limited. For example you cant get as many VMs as you want, devices, etc. Hard to climb the ladder. Everybody is 30y/o or more. Pay is just ok. Food is not free.

Pros

Pretty flexible with working from home or office. They also offer tuition reimbursement towards a masters degree which is helpful. Average pay.

Cons

Pay increases and bonuses are almost non existent. With such a big company unfortunately that means a ton of spam email from various parts of the company which provide no value.
