Pros

1. Best suited for experienced guys who can understand and learn code on their own. 2. Also debugging skills are shared in KTs, which is the BEST pro. 3. Good work culture. Work From Home option, so balancing life and work is easier. 4. Overseas trips to interact with other country colleagues periodically.

Cons

1. NOT Preferred for freshers who need guidance. Understanding code/things on our own under less Guidance, this point is pro for Experienced guys but not for beginners who need guidance. 2. Lesser individual growth than expected.

Pros

Free beverages. Good health benefits. Everyone's moral is low but they hide it from management to try to stay off the next layoff list until they find their next job.

Cons

Difficult working for a company that wilfully tries to take advantage of employees when it comes to raises or bonuses. They could not care less about the employees with the exception of some scripted lip service. Everything in the GBU is reactionary.
