Business Outlook
Pros
There is a good work/life balance, relaxed atmosphere. We do not work under pressure. There are deadlines but they are reasonable. Sometimes we stay long hours but it's rare. But do note that this is not in headquarters in US, but in Romania. Quite liberal internet access.
Cons
Our team is small, so no career growth opportunities. Salary increase does not even cover inflation, so over long term you loose quite a significant amount of buying power.
