Pros

They have some okay benefits, the company has been around a long time so there's lots of stability, and it's a big company so you can put a recognizable name on your resume.

Cons

-with all the paperwork and approvals needed to get anything done, it feels like working with the government -not very flexible with raises and promotions. If you're ready for a promotion, you may have to wait a year to get it. -tools feel outdated -not a lot of room for doing your own thing. They want to own everything you do, inside or outside of work. -manager has little power due to layers and layers of upper and middle management
