Pros

Big name. Benefits of insurance etc You get overview of how services are designed in cloud.

Cons

very sporadic work No training at all. Self learning docs are not aligned properly and they aren't sufficient at all. Narrow approach in building any new components as the deadlines are very tight. Middle management crisis. You need to be like Buddha to keep your head cool else you loose every day. Every management guy trying to make his existence count by pushing their engineers for delivery. Non competent financial packages. Bare minimum hikes during appraisals.
