Pros
-Good work life balance -Medical insurance provided for employees includes parents above age of 65 which is difficult to get outside, I'm not sure about other organizations
Cons
- Most of the services/ tools we use are owned/ used by only oracle, so this can be a blocker when looking out for opportunities, as other companies look for demanding tech used by most of other companies -At some point its more of maintainance and support - low pay, no increments
