      Pros

      Breadth of product portfolio, good pay. The name is a door opener, and there is a huge install base to leverage.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, company does not value individual contributors. It's very hard to get the attention of senior management (EVP and above).

      Pros

      Oracle has phenomenonal Benefits, name recognition, and is a fast pace work environment. Most of my colleagues have been fun to work with.

      Cons

      Oracle is constantly making account changes every year, commission reduction, and unreasonable quota increases. Their quotas are not tailored by territory as I had exact same quota with no installs as a colleague who had 20. Their crm is improving but the account mapping is awful.
