Pros
Oracle has been growing rapidly through acquisitions and is investing heavily in cloud applications. The ability to sell new products and grow your offerings is great.
Cons
The acquisitions of smaller companies who have only had the resources to focus on Enterprise size clients has also led to Oracle's offerings being designed for Enterprise clients. The product marketing and pricing have yet to be made economically feasible for small or mid-size companies.
