      Pros

      If you have previous experience people will listen and see how to apply your previous knowledge. Excellent work/life balance You will find gurus in other teams and in your team that will introduce you to new mindsets and technologies. Managers tolerate mistakes as long as you learn from them. You will have time to learn new things by your own.

      Cons

      You can get stuck for long time doing the same thing and learning nothing out of it. So you have to administrate your self to learn more by your own. Sometimes you just develop but management wont tell you much of the background of what you are doing, the purpose of it, or their manager talks with other teams. You are a soldier.

      work life balance, some good work

      Cons

      the team where i worked had many problems. All greedy for money and promotion. Can do anything shamelessly for these. Can't form an opinion of their own, because they are so used to memorizing. Lack of intelligence and managerial abilities. Breaking company policies and putting that blame on others who don't lick their ***. Take things too personally and very jealous attitude. HR, only a puppet.

      * Good pay * Lots of extra curricular stuff to keep you interested

      Cons

      * No real team work, I didnt know the name of my neighbour * Another cog in the machine sort of environment * Terrible cafeterias, nothing is free
