      Pros

      Oracle is huge. While this can be challenging at times, it's important to think outside of the box. This is a great place to learn about software and business. Stable. Management is playing with a full deck. Great name.

      Cons

      Political-It's like going back to college, or high-school in some cases-You better make friends fast ! The processes can be painful- Brings new meaning to the word(s) Self-Service Oracle is a global org, and it feels like it. Working for Oracle can be tough. Working with Oracle tougher. If you are customer facing, you'll learn this quickly.

      Pros

      Work/life balance. I respect the overall business savvy of senior management, and their ability to steer the company in the right direction. The senior management team is engaged and passionate, they are not just figure heads.

      Cons

      No cohesiveness, common goals or common vision. Senior management has very little regard for the general employee base, as evidenced in the routinely low bonus and raise pools.
