      Pros

      Good benefits package. Salary average.

      Much of Oracle perpetuates an arrogant, sales-dominated culture. There is a fundamental lack of focus on customers or on innovation. Oracle's Cloud Strategy is questionable and many there do not 'get' what it means to be a Cloud company. It operates very much on the 'old boy' network and is bureaucratic and complex. Onboarding was practically non-existent, managers only focused on numbers rather than supporting and developing employees.

      1. No raises from year to year 2. No raises when you receive a promotion 3. Old benefits being taken away or eliminated 4. top people leaving due to inadequate salaries when compared to the market
