Business Outlook
Pros
1. excellent work-life balance, depending on the team, you might even only need to work 4 hours a day 2. excellent health insurance 3. excellent on-site gym (though its not free)
Cons
1. no salary raise, ever. I have been working here for around 5 years and only got raise for $2000 2. no annual bonus. This might be case to case but I worked in both QA and Dev Department and I never got a cash bonus, only stock options or RSUs. 3. You will feel disappointed to know that a new college hire is making much higher than you (as a senior member worked for more than 3 years in Oracle) 4. So many layers of managements, lack of consolidation
