Pros

Lots of work life balance, especially for women employees. Learning is a bit limited, unless you are the kind of person who is very proactive and takes up self-learning

Cons

Salary is a big con.For first 3 years, don't expect any change in salary here. People whom you groom and lead make better salaries than you. Progressions are also very limited and depends on the manager, team etc.

Pros

Some really interesting colleagues and a useful tech stack. Personally, I'm finding an opportunity to learn skills in a new area.

Cons

Practicing scrummerfall, with a trajectory of becoming more waterfall. Except for a few lucky favorites, disinterest in developing employees. Politically charged. A few poor engineers who manage to spoil things for other engineers. Cheap. Tight boundaries on job definition. Management distrusts engineers.
