      Oracle continues to re-invent itself with strategic acquisitions and growth in the Cloud. Still playing catch-up with the big players but with a technically more advanced solution and great reviews from analysts.

      Cons

      On the down side, rapid changes in direction mean that job roles occasionally "disappear" so you need to be proactive in managing your career.
