The company has a pretty good work-life balance, better than other FANG companies and others in SF Booking Holdings is the parent company and hence financially stable Shows positive profits every year Engineering efforts and talent is salutable It shows positive attitude for an Engineer to grow to it's best Loads of things to learn at OT and better learning experience than Facebook Complete exposure to the product side

Cons

Kayak-OpenTable relationships are very rocky Leadership at OT is unstable and on a path to doom Attrition is not good People leaving OT is higher than joining OT

Cons

Managment of indian team is the worse part. 2 nodes of decision making make the team run in oposite direction w/o under standing team load.
