Culture is fantastic, everyone willing to help one another free food in office when you come in hybrid working, 3 days in office when you start out then goes down to 2 days. As this is sales the work you put in you get out so the harder you work the more you're going to get paid.

Cons

no cons from myself personally, I had to leave as i was relocating and think it's a brilliant place to work.
