Hi there, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave this review. It's really helpful in allowing us to understand the depth of your experience, which obviously wasn't good. My name is Olivia and I am Head of Talent Acquisition for OE Group. I am taking away a lot of learnings from your review, and will speak to the EV team about how we can do better. We really don't intend for anybody in our EV team to be expected to work excessive hours and we do work really hard to accommodate the uniqueness of each of our team members situations. It's valuable feedback for us, that this was not your experience and we are sorry about this. However, we do work very differently to most businesses and sometimes we know that with some people, things just simply don't work out, and we're not the right employer for everybody .
