Pros

I have worked for a number of different number of companies before however this place is the best so far! The amount of flexibility and support you get is amazing! The rewards are great and so is the management if you want to be part of young fun vibrant team which feels like you work at a tech company but in the automotive sector then this is the place to be. Lots of growth and opportunity are available as well

Pros

The level of care and attention put into every new starter is unmatched. You are welcomed in with open arms and have the opportunity to learn and develop alongside some of the best in the business.

Cons

When I started there was a 3 day a week in the office requirement, for those with families this presented an issue occasionally. This has since changed to a 2 day/week in the office requirement. For me I love that I can come in 5 days a week, or only 2, and if I want I can also go to the London office which always provides great energy.
